How can I find the item I’m looking for?
Beginning from the Home Page, you have two options: if you want to discover the Bialetti range, go to the shop page and browse by using the search filters; if you want to search for a specific item, type in one or more keywords linked to your request in the "Search" box.
How can I buy the items I want?
Go to the product page to see specs, click “Add to cart”, and proceed to checkout where you can log in or shop as a guest, then select your delivery/invoice address and payment method.
Is there a limit to how many items I can buy?
No, there are no limits on quantity or cost. However, Bialetti reserves the right to limit the purchase of some items.
If I fill my shopping basket, am I then obliged to buy it all?
Absolutely not! You can add as many items to the basket as you wish and then choose not to complete your purchase.
How does the promotional code work?
Key in the code in the field “Apply discount code” on the final page of the order process. The discount will be calculated and automatically displayed.
When is the purchase process complete?
After keying in all payment details and being redirected to the confirmation page displaying your order date and number, with a thank-you message.
Payment methods
You can purchase using a credit card or other electronic payment methods. All purchases are secure via SSL certificate technology.
Delivery times
Delivery generally occurs within 3-5 working days. Orders on weekends/holidays are processed the following working day. Home deliveries are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
