Shipping & Delivery Policy
Bialetti South Africa offers courier delivery or collection, subject to stock availability.
Orders are processed within 3 working days and will either be made available for collection or handed over to our designated courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location.
Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Information
Card Payments
Orders paid via credit card, debit card, Payflex, or other online payment methods will be dispatched once payment has been successfully processed.
EFT Payments
Orders paid via EFT will be dispatched once payment reflects in our bank account.
We make use of reputable courier companies selected by Bialetti South Africa.
Delivery Fees
- Free delivery applies to all orders over R2,000 within South Africa.
- Orders below R2,000 will incur a flat delivery fee of R99 within South Africa.
- Deliveries outside South Africa may be subject to additional shipping charges and customs requirements, which will be communicated before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
While we endeavour to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
Collection
Customers who choose collection will be notified once their order is ready for collection. Proof of identity and proof of purchase may be required when collecting an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty Policy will apply.
Where permitted by law, Bialetti South Africa reserves the right to recover any direct costs incurred in processing a cancellation.
Public Holidays
Please note that courier services do not operate on South African public holidays. This may result in delays to delivery timeframes.
